Susan Zumstein Program Manager Susan started as a Quest volunteer and joined the staff in 1997 as a Site Coordinator. In her role as Program Manager, Susan oversees curriculum and works closely with staff, students, parents and schools to ensure that each program participant is properly challenged and receives the individual encouragement needed to successfully achieve their goals and the Quest For Kids™ mission.
Denise Giardina Quest Facilitator Former ED of Big Brothers/Big Sisters (1999-2000) and most recently, the Director of School-Age Programs at Grace Place for Children and Families, Denise will be working alongside Esther with Quest’s freshmen and sophomores. As a certified Covey facilitator, Denise will also be responsible for integrating the Covey principles into Quest’s curriculum.
Esther Octave Quest Facilitator Esther is a Quest Alumni (Class of 2005) and college graduate (FGCU-2009). Esther majored in communication with a minor in creative writing and advertising. Along with Denise Giardina, Esther will be working with Quest’s freshmen and sophomore students. Esther will also be maintaining communication with Quest Alumni.
Mary Siesky Quest Facilitator Mary has 20 years of teaching experience (English) with CCPS. Working side-by-side with guidance counselors at Barron Collier high school, Mary also has experience assisting students through the college application process and their college essays. Partnering with Quest’s Program Manager, Susan Zumstein, Mary will be working with Quest’s juniors and seniors.
